In a table, i have 1 primary key,2 unique key and i foreign key.

how many indexing can i create.

Which version of SQL server you are using.
Indexing depends on version of SQL.
In 2005-

Total Index is- 250(1 cluster and 249 non-cluster index)
On primary key 1 clustered index
unique - 2 non clusterd index
on foreign key no index by default
remain-247 non clustered index

In 2008-

Total Index is- 1000(1 cluster and 999 non-cluster index)

On primary key 1 clustered index
unique - 2 non clusterd index
on foreign key no index by default
remain-997 non clustered index

Hi,PRIMARY KEY constraints create clustered indexes automatically if no clustered index already exists on the table and a nonclustered index is not specified when you create the PRIMARY KEY constraint. As per my understanding create 2 indexing for unique key columns only...
