In .Net core 3.1 IMemoryCache usage leads any performence issue?

If your app's data don't change frequently then you can put them in cache , it will increase the performance as the request will be served from cache.
public async Task CacheGetOrCreateAsynchronous()
{
    var cacheEntry = await
        _cache.GetOrCreateAsync(CacheKeys.Entry, entry =>
        {
            entry.SlidingExpiration = TimeSpan.FromSeconds(3);
            return Task.FromResult(DateTime.Now);// can return any task
        });

    return View("Cache", cacheEntry);
}
