so i work whit images processing and.

so the c# is it fast in this field because i want to manipulate images in real time.

Usually, implementing the same algorithm in C# and in a "lower level" language such as C will give close speed results, but the C implementation is likely be a little faster than C# since it works closest to the metal.
I use a toolkit that has both C/C++ and .NET libraries, and you can even use the C DLLs in a .NET program if your application needs the absolute fastest performance possible. See this post for details:
