Image file name from base64 string.

You can not extract file name from the base64 string. I contains only content. You can use GUID method to assign random names to the file instead. But, there is also one more issue i.e. you need to save file content type (jpeg, png or bmp) as well before converting your image to base 64 as base64 does not have that info too.
