IIS Configuration Issue

Try with give all permission on publish folder..which you hosted on IIS.
Ex.

Try this another solution  

 

you config file contained URL rewrite rules and I think you hadn't installed the IIS URL rewrite module on the new server.

Solution: Install the rewrite module.

Thank you for your response, but I'm using IIS 10.0. I don't have this option. 

Changing the Identity from ApplicationPoolIdentity to LocalSystem did the work ;).

I am using win7 64 with IIS 7.5
