IIS 8 web deployment

I have a website which is .net 4.5 and i want to publish that website to IIS 8 and getting below error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid

In addition to the steps mentioned in below post also pasted the the files for MVC
1. System.Web.Http.WebHost
2. System.Net.Http
3. System.Net.Http.Formatting
4. System.Net.Http.WebRequest
5. System.Web.Http.WebHost
6. System.Web.WebPages

could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Http.WebHost, Version=4.0.0.0
Now I am getting this error....

Getting below error
This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".

Make sure following settings done properly:

1. Application pool set properly in IIS

2. Correct .Net framework version is installed and mapped to IIS. And also your WebApp points correct .Net Framework.

3. Make sure that Web.Config is properly formatted and no unnecessary tags are there. Secondly please provide read operation to IUSER group to read config file.
