I need to select rows

Consider i have thousand rows and i need to fetch 500 to 600 rows in that what should the query to it .Kindly help me out of this.I tried offest fetch next but it doesn't work in sql server .

Which version of SQL Server are you using?

Are you able to parse your query?

Would be able to post the error msg?

Typically the syntax goes like this -

SELECT [OrderTrackingID]
,[SalesOrderID]
,[CarrierTrackingNumber]
,[TrackingEventID]
,[EventDetails]
,[EventDateTime]
FROM [AdventureWorks2016CTP3].[Sales].[OrderTracking]
ORDER BY [OrderTrackingID] ASC
OFFSET 500 ROWS
FETCH NEXT 100 ROWS ONLY

Hi, You want 100 record between 500to 600. Am I right? use below query.
SELECT column-names
  FROM table-name
ORDER BY column-names
OFFSET 500 ROWS
FETCH NEXT 100 ROWS ONLY
+1

Just Refer the Url. Are you using ms-sql server 2008 fetch and offset not working above version it's support.
