sir Already i loaded the data into gridview .by using grid view i have to create .csv file .in that time null reference exception is raised

'null reference exception' read the error carefully, it says null reference, handle it and it will works.

You can share your relevant code which is throwing exception. Without looking into code it is not possible to say what exactly is happening.
