HTML in c#

I'm new to c# and my question is as follow.

WE drag and drop the buttons, text fields, layout etc to form. if i want to add required attribute of HTML 5 then where i will get HTML code of text field.

I'm using MS visual studio express 2012 .

We drag and drop only .NET controls, if you want to use any HTML5 control then you need to write it's code by yourself, and developers who are experienced doesn't drag and drop .NET controls also. They have a habit to write code for that, so make a habit for writing it by yourself.
