how we can resolve the issue

In my system browser google chrome have some problem when open it.No website open and I am reinstall it but problem not resolved so please help me.

Check the proxy settings. If you have Internet Explorer on your machine and web sites are getting opened in Internet Explorer without any issues then check the proxy settings of Internet Explorer and use the same settings in Chrome browser.
