how to use where condition with insert query in sql server

i have a one sql table while i have use 4 registration form and now i wanted to insert all four pages value into one sql server table , how it is possiable

can anybody tell me how

i have done it but this mathod sql table creating 4 row , while i wanted to insert all value into single row

according to you u have four .aspx pages where you put ragistration information. if you did like this then you have to put Button on every .aspx page.
and on every button you can insert value according to textbox ID.
