How to Access Usercontrol in Controls

I need i am design both usercontrol place in my aspx page but i need
how to one usercontrol to another usercontrol value retrieve how will do this

First usercontrol have 2 textbox second usercontrol have 3 textbox
but i need how to value retrieve from second usercontrol to post
First usercontrol how will do this
