How to use in clause using store procedure

Always important to mention which version of SQL server you are using.

If you are using 2016 or later, following works:

select login_id from vw_ms_user where tl_no in (select value from string_split(@tl_no, ','))

Otherwise, you will need to search custome function which does the same thing and use it instead.

for higher version 12+ below code works perfectly
