how to update last record in table with id by create stored procedures like fields below :

StartMileage

EndMileage

TotalMileage

FuelLitres with last insert recod with ID

You can:

declare @max_id [integer];

select @max_id = max([Id])
from table1

update table1 set
column1 = @value1
where Id = @max_id

However, are you 100% sure that this is a fool-proof logic. I don't think so, anyway! You are making some assumptions and I don't think these will be true always.

Okay.

All I am trying to say is updating last record is not a good business logic. Your logic should be more concrete than that. May be a date in a where clause.

All I can do is hope that you get my point.

Realy this is a part of table also consist from ServiceDate , RotationDate

every 30 days the team should be change

Even then should there not be a date in it? How do you know to which date that transaction belongs?

Iam sorry , smae transaction does not insert daily but in fact Monthly .

What is the purpose of this table? You say that "every day insert same transaction". If this is the case where is the Date column? Should it not be there?

Please see to attach table , every day insert same transaction its different in lastID only when we need to update the last recored search by TeamNo,City,BankName and update based on last id

Just put whatever is given by me in a stored procedure.

I hope you already have stored procedures and know how to create new. If not, please do let us know.
Just for record: Your logic may look perfect to you, but it is not. Or I don't understand the business logic behind it.

SELECT MAX(Id) AS LastID
FROM TABLENAME
will return last id

You can create an auto identity field, its value will be automatically taken care of by SQL Server.

While inserting the table values from SP, you can just leave this field, not pass its value at all.
