check ur network proxy and check that image url has public access

Hello,

To do this you have to follow the below steps,

1.Add 1Px transparent php image url in the email body with tag

2. Image src must be one of our PHP Page and it should return 1 PX transparent image

3.When they open email , Image src tag will automatically load that PHP Page and we will track over here.
