Besides, before you start building a solution as suggested in one of the post above get your fundamentals straight 1st

1. Start Reading any Book and make a small programs on each topic.
2. once you complete this then make any read world application like Library Manegment, Hospital management system

Do practical and programming as much as you can.Theory is important, but do not only read theory.Implement it in your small programs.Later on start picking advance concepts.But first basic should be strong.
