how to set the count down timer in silverlight

Hi,

I prepared one question paper in silverlight. now i have to set the timer for it such that my exam period is 3 hours. now i have to get it decrease time like 2:59:59 like that it has to start when i start the exam . can anybody tell me how to set the timer like that
