How to set permission to application folder after install

I want to set permission to application folder after installation complete in C# Winform application .For this I got answer from other side as he suggested to login as having admin previligies and link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb756929.aspx[^].I tried but didnt succeeded .How to solve this problem
