    how to set fore color dropdown list items in asp.net

particular list items(1,4,6) only runtime disable and fore color red

      1.Residential Land
       Residential Apartment
             Independent House/Villa
      4. Independent /Builder floor
       Farm House
           Studio Apartment
      7. Serviced Apartments
