how to send a + in a query string

It looks to me like you're trying to put the "+" in a URL. Is that the case? A + has special meaning in URL encoding. It equates to a space. If you want to actually treat it like a + instead, you have to encode it as %2B. It's also better to encode a space as %20.

hi i sent the @ in the string..but got a parse error Parser Error Message: The literal string "F51+">" was found. Literal strings are not allowed within this control

in c# if you put the @ symbol before a string the string will be interpreted literally. try F51+">
