How to run Angular website in IE?

Thank you Manav for provinding the link, but i have gone through the polyfils and after that static page is working but we have issues, Like Input box behaviour is good, when we are tying in Input box then we are unable to see the data etc.

I am using the IE version 11 and Angular Version 4.3

No You are wrong, We are unable to see anything in IE, we are getting the blank page and in othere browser It's working fine.

We can run any website in IE even Angular also . Just copy URL from vs code console and paste URL in IE , that's it . Thanks
