How to read Pdf, split it and the email splitted Document

Good day can someone please help me

i am writting a C# winforms application i do have form 1 that i am reading a pdf file and display data on it i do have split button in which is loading form 2 where user can select pages like 1-3 or 1,2,3 if is 1-3 new pdf must dispaly page 1-3 on same doc but if 1,2,3 it must be each page per document I attached my project in zip

You can use Spire.PDF to easily split PDF files.Refer below articles:

Using LEADTOOLS you can load, display and split PDF files.
The splitting code is as simple as this:
PDFFile file = new PDFFile(@"C:\Users\Public\Documents\LEADTOOLS Images\leadtools.pdf");
int pageCount = file.GetPageCount();
Console.WriteLine("Pages in source file : {0}", pageCount);

// Extract each page to an individual PDF file
for (int i = 1; i <= pageCount; i++)
{
string destinationFileName = Path.Combine(@"C:\temp\", string.Format("LEAD_Page{0}.pdf", i));
file.ExtractPages(i, i, destinationFileName);
}
