If you have scanned images that have barcodes and you need to read these barcodes using application software, you can use LEADTOOLS to read almost all common Barcode types with few lines of code:
Leadtools.Barcode.BarcodeEngine engine = new BarcodeEngine();
BarcodeData[] barcodes = engine.Reader.ReadBarcodes(bitmapImage, LeadRect.Empty, 0, null);
//Display all barcode values found, if any
for (int i = 0; i < barcodes.Length; i++)
{
MessageBox.Show(barcodes[i].Value);
}
Once you get the barcode value, you can store that value in a text or other file format.

Hi,

You can use Free Spire.Barcode library to read data from barcode image. At first, get Free Spire.Barcode dll from NuGet, Second, refer to the following code:
string[] data = Spire.Barcode.BarcodeScanner.Scan("QRCode.png", Spire.Barcode.BarCodeType.QRCode);
