how to prepare mvc and wcf

I have 3+ years experience on .Net.Recently I learnt WCF and MVC .If I shift to another company to work on MVC projects shall they provide any real time project training on mvc,wcf or I should directly approach with mvc projects?

@Kesava - You have already mentioned that you knew these technologies. Related to your question that whether you get a training or not once joined new company, its unpredictable. There are so many companies who provide corporate level trainings to their Staff members and on the other hands some give a project and call it as initiated. So, its all depend upon the company policy.

If you are really having some knowledge and have experience then my suggestion is 'Just believe in yourself and get the taste of devils, everything will be go as per their wings'.

You have mentioned that you have learnt MVC & WCF, then you expect them to give training on MVC?? You will be directly working on the project.
