Hi,
I have a host and domain on asphostportal.com, and I have a subdomain like : sub.domain.com. Now my friend has another domain like frienddomain.com and he point to my host.
How can I point his domain to my subfolder sub. Everytime he open frienddomain.com it will show my site on sub.mydomain.com. Currently he show mine mydomain.com sites.
Is this possible?

2. The easiest way is to point the domain to asphostportal name server. The DNS will automatically resolved.

1. Either your friend can set redirect to your sub-domain which you want to hit when anyone hits your friend's domain.
2. You can edit DNS settings of your friend's domain and set custom name servers to it and in name servers setting you can specify the route to your sub-domain or sub-folder.
