how to navigate through listview

hi
I am working with listview.Here i have up and down buttons.I want to navigate through those buttons in listview by moving the rows up and down.I want to move the items up and down.how can i do it?

You need to change the SeletedItemIndex. When you click on the button, you can add one or subtract one in this property to select previous or next items.
