create a table in primary key not set name but table alter use foreign key set name

CREATE TABLE table_name

As you created FKey, it would have some sys defined name, so this is what you can do.
sp_rename 'schema.ExistingForeignkeyConstraintName','newNameOfConstraints',N'OBJECT'

If you are creating table, then use below sql
CREATE TABLE Orders (
    OrderID int NOT NULL,
    OrderNumber int NOT NULL,
    PersonID int,
    PRIMARY KEY (OrderID),
    CONSTRAINT FK_PersonOrder FOREIGN KEY (PersonID)
    REFERENCES Persons(PersonID)
);
If you want to add foreign key in your existing table, then use below sql.
ALTER TABLE Orders
ADD FOREIGN KEY (PersonID) REFERENCES Persons(PersonID);
OR
If you want to give name to your foreign key, then use below sql.
ALTER TABLE Orders
ADD CONSTRAINT FK_PersonOrder
FOREIGN KEY (PersonID) REFERENCES Persons(PersonID);

ALTER TABLE Tablename
ADD FOREIGN KEY (ForeignKeyColumnId)
REFERENCES OtherTable(PrimaryKeyColumnId)
