How to learn algorithm

To share my personal experience, I would suggest starting with Coursera's Andrew NG's Machine Learning. From this course, you will get an idea as to what is AI or ML and what is the right method to start with an Algorithm.

 

After learning how to learn, start implementing the algorithms using either of the following languages:

1. Java

2. Python

3. JavaScript

4. .Net

5. Matlab/Octave 

 

Since I work using Python, as implementing using python is much easier. So you could use Either Google Collab (colab.research.google.com) or install Anaconda (www.anaconda.org) to start implementing and practising

 

 After you develop a basic idea. Start in the following manner

1. Linear Regression using Sklearn

2. Linear Regression using Tensorflow

3. Logistic Regression using Sklearn 

4. Logistic Regression using Tensorflow

 

Once you are done with the above mentioned, I think you are now good to go.

After the basic understanding of machine learning, you can start look into machine learning framework like tensorflow, scikit, ml.net etc..
