Two table Data in Database?? can you explain in detail? what exactly your requirement is.
Because looking at your code you are inserting first into STU_Master and after that in Parents_Master and there is no relation ship between Stu_Master and Parents_Master.
Please explain scenario in detail.so we can give you proper soultion.
