Learn Data Structure and Algorithm with any programing language.
Practice all types of sorting searching and how to calculate time complexity etc.
once you understand the importance of DSA, you will find that all languages are the same with some syntax differences.
As you want to learn languages like c++, Java, and Python, not UI things like Html, CSS, javascript.

So, my only suggestion is, just focus on DSA and practice like hell.
Spend 3-4 hours in front of your laptop, even when you have nothing to code, keep your favorite editor open.
whether it is eclipse or visual studio or anything.

when you keep your favorite editor open-, and don't do anything, you will feel like you are wasting your time,
(don't start scrolling youtube shorts) then your mind will force you to at least print your name on the console, after that, you may think why not print my name 10 times but how, let's use for loop but why not while loop,
after some time you may think let's print the name conditionally, 5 times in the first row but 4 times in the 2nd row.

And this is how interest develops, believe me, WHERE THERE IS INTEREST, NO MOTIVATION REQUIRED.

Practice is the Key!

Watching or Reading won’t help you until unless you make your hands dirty on it. By watching it’s look easy. But when you start writing then only you will face real challenges.

Best way would be enrolled to those courses in Udemy or YouTube or any other platform based on your convenient. And do hands on along with video tutorial or demo.

How do you learn? Take trainings, read code samples, and write applications. There is no quick path. It all depends on how much time you spend learning and hands-on doing.

I would suggest start with one of the online courses right away or join a learning path.
