How to improve C# Programming Skill??

I am having 1 year of experience in software development using ASP.NET.I am not fully aware of C# Concepts or in depth of C# Programming Concept. Please guide me on how to improve C# Programming, Where Should I practiced, What type of practice should I do as per industry demands.Please help me.

Hi Dear,
Just type kud venkat C# in youtube there are more then 100 videos its easy to understand
and i suggest you to proctice what you learn by these videos.

One suggestion is, check what are things comes with each version of C#, this very important for programmer.
