How to give permission to document library folder

Dear all,

I have one document library, library has two folders,

Head1

Head2

along with i also have two sharepoint groups,

GroupHead1

GroupHead2

I want to give permission to GroupHead1 Members to access Head1 folder, GroupHead2 Members to access Head2 folder, means only respective groups members can access, respective folder.

How can i achieve this, using javascript object model (JSOM)
