Hi,
Currently, the only certification available for .NET developers is the AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate certification. In the past, there were a couple of other certifications, such as MCTS, but those have since expired.

On top of above comments, I will suggest you can do .NET curses from Microsoft learn, LinkedIn Learn, Coursera etc. You can earn certificates and badges from them.
