How to find Table ?

Hi friends ,

Suppose i have Create one Store Procedure..and in this Store Procedure i Used 3 tables and 1 aggregate function so how can find tables names & function ??

Accepted answer
another way is to right click on the stored proc and go for View Dependency. It brings a window that gives you details about it .
Select second option - "Objects on which [stored proc] depends" . That should list all what you are looking for.

Hey Ronak,
Below is query to find tables names, Just update your procedure name in condition.
SELECT
NAME
FROM SYSOBJECTS
WHERE ID IN ( SELECT SD.DEPID
FROM SYSOBJECTS SO,
SYSDEPENDS SD
WHERE SO.NAME = 'YOUR_SP_NAME'
AND SD.ID = SO.ID
)

And use below query to find function name:

SELECT OBJECT_NAME(object_id),
OBJECT_DEFINITION(object_id)
FROM sys.procedures
WHERE OBJECT_DEFINITION(object_id) LIKE '%your_function_name%'
