How to execute C# code at Client Browser?

let say e.g. I have method called getUserDetails in User.aspx.cs which hits to database & get the userdetails on the basis of UserID passed but now i want it to be done from javascript without calling the getUserDetails method and not using any class it should be compile at client side an get the user data.

I found some solutions like JSIL & saltarelle but i dont want to use them.
