How to enable textbox nested inside gridview in rowediting ?

If you are calling any created method then not to fined directly textbox because its a gridview control

If you written in between method then this types you write then find all the controls label or textbox etc
foreach (GridViewRow row in grdcustomer.Rows)
{
    string cusid = ((Label)row.FindControl("grdtxtcusid")).Text;
    string cusname = ((TextBox)row.FindControl("grdtxtcustomername")).Text;

}
change you control id as you given.

or
you can used this

string employeeid = ((TextBox)e.Item.FindControl("txtemployeeid")).Text;

Try This :
if (lblOfferType == "VALUE DISCOUNT")

GridViewRow row = (GridViewRow)((Control)sender).NamingContainer;
(row.FindControl("txtDisc_Value") as TextBox).Enabled = True;
}

What do you want to do?
Enable / Disable ?

Here your code is
TextBox.Enable = False;
and you are asking for TextBox.Enable = True;

TextBox name is correct.

But when i call the method for gridview reloading it's enabling the textbox to true

Yes, Thought right.!

Your code is perfect.
but try this :
(MyGrid.Rows[e.NewEditIndex].FindControl("txtDisc_Value") as TextBox).Enabled = false;
And Make sure your textbox name is same as you defined.

((TextBox)MyGrid.Rows[e.NewEditIndex].FindControl("txtDisc_Value")).Enabled = false;

This line showing error as "object reference not set to an instance."

On which line you are getting error?
I thing there should be a casting problem while finding a control in DataGridRow.
