How to do Email Integration in webapplication ?..

Let's go step by step about your assignment:

 

Email need to send to the users based on the database table's status.

First fetch the User's status in a list using a method but make it eager load so that it will only fetch records when required.

 

If the approval happened, - Some text to be sent

if the approval rejected - other text to be sent.

Create a common function to send email with parameters like senderEmailId, Subject, Body and call this function accordingly to the approval.

 

Mail need to send to one or more mailids .

Iterate the list of users over a foreach loop and call SendEmail() function to achieve this.

 

And Need separate windows application need to fetch data from data based on the data. And according mail need to be send

I'm quite unclear about it. What do you mean by fetching data and send mail accordingly?

This application keeps running at every 10 - Mins.

Create the above application as a console application, host it to Windows Task Manager as a Task and schedule it to run after every 10 minutes.

I have a code regards the simple Email concepts .I have included the it few websites too.What is the new Requirements in this ,

 

I want to send the Mail to the both status ( Approved , Rejected ) That is one point , another thing is , i have to get the value from table , Who is gonna approve , who are all gonna get the mail .Each statage From  Person and   Person Mailid will change , According to this , i Have to make the application . 

 

Note : There are several Approval stages : Each time , This Application will have to run . and Thrown the Email to the receipients ..

For the application that should run every 10 mins, you could write a windows scheduler.
