how to delete record form datagridview.

sir,
my file is deleted from datagridview and and next time scan file deleted file not display but problem is this deleted file can not delete from folder.how can delete from folder .so plz give me good suggestion.

file.Delete();
}

datagridscanedfiles.DataSource = dt;

firstint.Remove(Convert.ToInt32(dr.Cells[1].Value));
scanfile.Remove(dr.Cells[2].Value.ToString());
}
