how to delete data from ms access

Try 'Compact database files' option. Please be aware that even if you delete data from ms access database, it doesn't automatically release the space to the operating system (just like SQL Server). You will need to do it as a separate step, compacting the database files.

 

You are recommended of taking a safe copy of your db file before you do this.
