How to custom record video using Foscam IP Camera using C#

I am not familiar with the Foscam IP Camera. But if the camera supports commonly used protocols (such as UDP, RTSP, etc.), you could use a multimedia programming toolkit (leadtools) that has convert control, which can receive the stream from the camera, and saves it to disk.
