How to create testimonials Page in Asp .Net Application?

Thanks a lots Sir, for give me such a nice advice regarding Testimonials......

Testimonials are nothing but user comments. You can have a comments table with fields like comment, user name, date etc.

These steps will work:

Create a form where user can put his/her name, comments and capture date, save in database and then display on your website from the database.
