How to Create Setup file for .NET Windows application with SQL Server database file ( eg TestDB.bak) in Visual Studio 2012

You can use Project --> Publish. Include all of the content required and create the package.

Please note that all of the resources are automatically compiled into the package so that they are always sent to the clients along with the package for installation.
