How to create access token

Hi,

I have created a rest API to get list items from a sharepoint list although A username and password is required how can I create an access token for a mobile app to get data from sharepoint without credentials

If you have hosted the API in Azure, you can enable Azure AD authentication in the web api authentication settings & use AD credentials to authenticate.

Best way is to use the deafault SP REST and use FedAuth to authenticate the same.

Create a SharePoint hosted app and register it with SharePoint.
