How to create a web api

I have a admin panel in asp.net c#.

Now to i want to create api for this admin panel.

Please Help.

Load all the stored procedure from the db using entityframework
then create a class and make all the list of all that stored procedure like as..
List splist=new <> ();
after that just call this list from WenAPIController.
