do you want to say that i should create function like this?
how it can be mapped with database and my college map?
please explain

those Latitudes and longitudes which i want to set on my college map by dividing the map in sections or blocks.
I think i should maintain the database for those co-ordinates(Latitudes and longitudes) .
Now the problem is that How they will be mapped with my college map?

Actually I am talking about a self designed map . As I have designed a map of my college. so i just want to ask that How it is mapped with customized co-ordinates.?
