how to create a cascading dropdon list in mvc 5, code first

I need to first create database using code first then create a cascading dropdown list that retrieves data from the database.

I must first create car Makes(Toyota), create car model(Corolla 2004), dropdown list for makes must populate model of that selected make.

Dear I would like to thank you first for the sample program you gave to me, it is perfectly working but now when I add a save button it doesn't work. Can you try to send me a sample code with a save button to save information obtained through select cascading dropdown lists data. Kind Regards Sibongumusa
