Requiment :

i want to "count" records based on user on desc order so output would be like this

How can i do this

Yes, It can be achieved it using c# as well and that too with more ease and flexibility. All you can do is follow same steps
Connect to data source to get data.
Create a blank array.
Declare a count variable with initial value 1.
In for loop, you need to push the data into array.
Here you need to implement actual logic, if i = 0 item push the count as 1
For else part, you need to filter the array with current doc and user Id, and now add another if else part, if filter give you a count value 1 or anything, just make count = count+1 in else part pass the count value as 1.
Dont forget to set the count value as 1 at end of this loop.

right, I need live solution , it wil be more good , if u can share code or example.cannot we do using c# because i have web method which is called by ajax

Hi ,

If you are REST API call. Try to below steps
Declare a blank array something like var docCountPerUser = [];
Get all the data from the list
/_api/web/lists/getbytitle('UrListName')/items?$select=UserID,UserName
In Success method of above call, iterate through each record and store data into array i.e.
docCountPerUse.push({UserName : "xyz",DocName:"ABC"})
Once you have array, you create your table by using this array, count will come by filtering the array.
Next you can also use GroupBy to get the data based on UserName.
