Its easy to convert a PDF file to Image format (JPEG, JPG or PNG) using GroupDocs.Conversion for .NET.
string outputFileTemplate = Path.Combine(outputFolder, "converted-page-{0}.jpg");
SavePageStream getPageStream = page => new FileStream(string.Format(outputFileTemplate, page), FileMode.Create);
using (Converter converter = new Converter("sample.pdf"))
{
    ImageConvertOptions options = new ImageConvertOptions
    {
        Format = ImageFileType.Jpeg
    };

    converter.Convert(getPageStream, options);
}
All you have to do is to integrate a single DLL https://downloads.groupdocs.com/conversion/net in your ASP.NET application.

you can try to use XsPDF control, it can convert pdf to images in c#.net. before your coding, you can go to this pdf to image converter http://www.xspdf.com/product/pdf-to-image/ to have a test

Hi,ajit.
I wonder how to deal with these code? Do I need another 3rd party manual toolkit? When it comes to PDF converting process, I have another question, I wonder have you ever tried to convert pdf to other image files before? As for myself, I am testing the related PDF to PNG converting, PDF to BMP converting , and PDF to JPG converting programs these days. Do you have experience about it? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I used free Spire.PDF to convert PDF to Image in C#, but it can only convert 3 pages.
