How to convert HTML and CSV file to excel

I have two files (html and csv) and I wanna convert them in c# to (.xls) file there any solution to this, or any other better way

You can do this using OpenXML library for C#. You need to add the reference for the DLL provided by OpenXML. Also you have to find the dll for windowsbase. You can find the working tutorial that makes of these two libs: http://mikesknowledgebase.azurewebsites.net/pages/CSharp/ExportToExcel.htm
