hi friend
i want to know how to cast dataset to datatable

actualy i want to hide column from dataset but it is not possible so

i want to cast dataset to data table to hide column

Since your question is vague, it is difficult to be sure what you need to do. Perhaps you can use SQL to select the data from the table and use that. The SQL can select all the data except the one column.

A DataSet is essentially a collection of DataTables and DataRelations - you can't cast one to another.

What you could do is to copy the DataTable in question to another DataTable and then remove the column you want to hide. You could then add this DataTable to a new DataSet.

A difficulty with this approach is that it might be difficult to keep the two DataTables synchronized if you wanted to make changes that would affect both.

Note also that a column can't be removed if it's involved in a constraint or relation.
